This notice explains how Angel's House handles information shared through the website, inquiries, and scheduling process.

What this website collects

This site is for women 18 and older. It does not use an intake form, account system, advertising pixels, analytics service, or website database. It does not ask you to submit diagnoses, medications, medical records, detailed trauma narratives, or crisis information. The site host may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the page.

When you contact Angel's House

If you choose to use WhatsApp or email, Asa Mina is the person who receives and reviews the inquiry. You may share your real name or an alias, confirmation that you are 18 or older, a broad description of what you need support with, how long it has been happening, what you hope to gain, and how to contact you. Keep the description high-level. WhatsApp and Meta or your email provider handle those messages under their own policies.

If you choose to book through Calendly, the name, contact details, appointment information, and any other details you enter are processed by Calendly and made available to Angel's House for scheduling. Review WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and Calendly's Privacy Notice before using those services.

Use, retention, and deletion requests

Angel's House uses messages and booking details to respond, communicate about appointments, and provide or administer services. Inquiry-only messages are kept for up to two weeks if no session is booked. Client notes and consent records are kept for up to six months. Asa Mina keeps session notes in a dedicated paper notebook and shreds them when the six-month period ends.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information held by Angel's House, email angelshousehealingllc@gmail.com. Requests may be subject to information that must be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. Requests about data held by WhatsApp, Calendly, email, or payment providers should also be made to those providers through their privacy channels. Their retention periods may differ from Angel's House's schedule.

Service boundaries

Angel's House offers holistic spiritual and wellness support. It does not provide emergency or crisis services, mediumship, spellwork, hex or evil-eye work, love or money spells or potions, or services intended to harm others. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource.
